New Policy

Dear customers:

Due to the impact of 11.11, our customers have placed a large number of orders for goods, The current parcels volume has caused the warehouse to fully loaded and it continues to increase. If the service is not adequate during this time, Hereby, our company would like to sincerely apologize to all customers.

  1. Air freight
    • As long as the customer pays the air freight charges before 3 pm, the shipment will be arranged on the same day.
    • (Note: The parcel volume for the warehouse also continues to grow. Please be tolerant if there is a delay)
  2. Sea freight
    • If the customer has submitted the delivery order, it means that the customer agrees to pack and loaded into the container. Once the container arrives at the warehouse, the warehouse will give priority to the to those who submitted delivery order.
    • In order to avoid any delay problems, the warehouse does not accept any split/combination services.
    • Customers must arrange freight payment before the goods arrive at the Malaysia port.
    • (The ETA of the container will be updated in the system. Customer are urged to check the system updates)

*After the goods arrived at the port, customers who have not paid for the shipping charges will not arrange delivery, please be aware. Thank you.
